Ji-Yeon Kim

Professor Kim currently serves as a Professor at the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology, Seoul National University of Science and Technology. She received her Master’s and Ph.D. in Functional Food from the Seoul National University Graduate School in 1998 and 2002, respectively.
